Objectives of National Conference 2008-

The basic objective of the seminar was to illustrate the emerging trends in the field of Electrical Engineering which is the key force behind the technological developments. The seminar aimed to provide common platform for interaction between academicians, professionals research scholars and persons engaged in constructive advancement in the field of Electrical Engineering. It would explore ideas and suggestions which speed up the pace of developments in electrical technology. The main objectives may be briefly summed up as follows:-

• To facilitate the exchange of latest research, current practices and future trends in the field of electrical engineering with special emphasis on power sector.
• To provide a forum for the scientists, engineers, researchers, academicians and entrepreneurs to interact on the problems and prospects of electrical engineering.
• To enhance the collaboration between the national and international researchers and their respective organizations.

GGITS & GGCT jointly organized Two days “National Conference On Next Generation Communication and Computing – NCNGCC 09” on 20th & 21st March, 2009. The conference theme was set keeping in view the future growth of global communication involving such integration of communication and computing models for improving the network performance. NCNGCC ‘09 would serve as a platform for the academics, researchers and practitioners of the IT industry to share their research findings, ideas and to interact with eminent personalities for mutual and social benefit at large. As a concluding session, a panel discussion on “Industry -Academia Relationship for Future Growth of the Nation”, participated by leading industrialists and academicians of India was held.

Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering,GG­ITS is organizing Two days National Conference On Advancement & Future Trends in VLSI Design & Embedded Systems – ATVES 2010 on 23rd & 24th Feb, 2010.

The objectives of the National Conference is to create awareness about modern developments in the area of VLSI Technology and Embedded System and promote R&D activities for real life applications. This Conference on VLSI Design is a forum that brings together researchers and designers to discuss various aspects of VLSI design, electronic design automation (EDA), enabling technologies in embedded systems.

This two-day conference features panel discussions, regular paper sessions, special sessions and design contest. The aim of the conference is to cover the two vital areas of semiconductor industry, VLSI and embedded systems.

Papers are invited from research scholars, engineers ,faculty and students.The prospective authors are invited to submit their full length paper by email to atves10@ggits.org.The deadline for the submission of full paper is 30/01/2010.The papers must be submitted in electronic format (MS-Word or PDF).The papers must follow the IEEE format and should not exceed 6 pages.They will be independently peer-reviewed and acceptance will be notified.

Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology & Sciences, Jabalpur is organizing a three-day National Seminar on “Creative Teaching and Effective Class Room Management” (NSCTECRM’10) on 28^th to 30^th September, 2010.The objective of the National Seminar is to provide opportunities for the faculty members to achieve excellence in Technical Education using latest teaching & learning techniques, and to understand the various effective methods of class room management.

That is why an forum for the exchange of ideas and experience amongst experts from a broad range of disciplines on the technology, policy and economic frame work is essential. Such a forum will lead to better understanding of energy issues on local, regional and global scales. Gyan Ganga is preparing a common platform for scientists, professionals, and other parties to review recent developments in this rapidly changing discipline. The aim is to create a global sustainable energy infrastructure.
